Dick Hill Co-Owner, LCSW, and MFT, has 25 years of experience in the field of human services and special education. Clinical Director of Special Education, Mental Health Director, Social Worker, Associate Professor at CSU-Sacramento-Social Work and Psychology are only a sampling of positions he's held. Dick also enjoys being a guest lecturer on various campuses and providing higher education students positive insight on life's short and long term goals. He follows a life-long desire to assist others and has made it a personal goal that the individuals seeking his assistance receive the very best.

David Krueger attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, has spent many years in the tax resolution industry, and has over 9 years of experience managing teams on projects for software development. David joined Tax Tiger as the Director of Operations, and is currently the COO. He is a certified tax preparer and currently preparing for the Enrolled Agent(EA) exam. David brings a wealth of skill and experience to the Tax Tiger team, and is quick to share leadership traits and qualities necessary for success with other team members.

Margol Kennison brings over 20 years of experience as a Tax Practitioner, 10 years as a licensed Enrolled Agent(EA), and over 28 years of experience as a corporate accountant with Lucky Stores. She specializes in all phases of small business and partnership accounting and tax preparation, including Federal and State audits. Margol is also the owner and founder of a Tax and Bookkeeping Service. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Tax Tiger.

Daniel Maiuro is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Enrolled Agent(EA) with a Masters in Taxation. Daniel brings many years of experience to Tax Tiger with his knowledge of IRS practice and procedures, small business planning, tax preparation, tax projections and research, and public accounting experience as a government and non-profit auditor. Dan is also the owner and founder of a tax accounting firm. Before his illustrious tax career, Daniel proudly served eight years in the US Army as a Russian interpreter and translator.

Anthony Paris graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He spent 11 years as the National Training Director for the fourth largest Telecommunications company in the nation, recruiting and training some of the nations top leaders and executives. The knowledge and skills acquired from this position, has given him the ability to identify, understand, and solve problems through the development of positive resolution plans. These skills directly relate to aiding individuals wishing to resolve their tax debt with the IRS. Anthony is focused on customer service and helping individuals.

Colin Knight is a licensed Enrolled Agent(EA) with the IRS and has been a tax practitioner since 1999. Colin is a CTEC certified tax instructor, and has been teaching basic and advanced taxation classes since 2000. He loves utilizing his talents towards the resolution of our clients tax matters related to Installment Agreement and Offer in Compromise negotiations.

Glenn Chapman has many years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst. Glenn has helped hundreds of individuals work through the Offer in Compromise process nationwide. Glenn credits his success to strong ethics and principals, in combination with his expertise and knowledge in tax resolution. Glenn attributes his record of satisfied clients to his strong communication skills, knowledge of the industry, and commitment to quality customer service. Glenn has contributed a large part of his free time for the past 7 years to youth sports. Glenn comments, "The return on investment with youth sports far outweighs anything I put into it, it is about the kids and their futures."

William Babcock grew up El Cerrito, CA and received his Bachelors Degree from Hayward State University in Business. Bill had worked for various accounting firms as a Certified Public Accountant before accepting a corporate controller position for the past 15 years. He has received performance awards over the years for his audit work challenging the IRS and has been actively preparing individual and corporate returns for over 20 years. As Bill would say, "I love a challenge!". In his spare time, he enjoys working with Amatuer radios and boating on the river with family and friends.

Dawn Black joins Tax Tiger with years of experience in the Offer in Compromise process and great desire to provide a level of customer service rarely found today. Dawn graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and is also a certified tax preparer. She is involved in the community as a board member in a non-profit organization, and has enjoyed previous success as a controller.

Ann Lee graduated from the University of California Davis. She has years of experience in assisting with tax resolution, and in preparing personal and small business tax returns. She brings a unique blend of experience and leadership to the team. Ann also offers excellence in client services and focuses on addressing and resolving problems.

Tax Tiger employs many Enrolled Agents, CPA's, and from time to time engage Tax Attorneys as needed. Two of the Tax Attorneys we engage hold an LL.M. in Taxation Law. They both have worked for the IRS, and have over 25 years of experience in resolving tax controversies with the IRS.
One of our CPA's also holds a Masters Degree in Taxation and has been on the IRS Practitioners committee since 1991.
